Taylor Swift 1989 Tag

Hello Fabulous Internet!
Since I am going to see Taylor Swift on Tuesday (Can't wait!!!) I decided I would do the 1989 tag. I wasn't tagged by anyone to do it but I am a bad ass so I'm going to do it anyways.

If you could live in any city, which would it be and why?
Probably London or New York because when I went on holidays to London I thought the city was so interesting. I have always heard good things about New York but I have gone yet!

What is something that everyone thinks is true about you but is actually false?
That I am a quiet person, I don't know why some people have this notion about me because I talk a lot, most of the time people have to tell me to shut up!

What is one item in your closet that makes you feel unstoppable?
It isn't a piece of clothing but a bracelet. It is an Alex and Ani bracelet with a charm saying 'It Is What It Is'.

What is one thing that you’re afraid of?
Rejection, I suppose.

Who is someone you wish was still in your life?
I don't know really.

What is something you have had to shake off?
People not liking me and not understanding why.

What is something you’d like to happen right now?
You can laugh at me for this but I would love to be an extra or a character in a TV show or movie.

Have you ever had someone stab you in the back?
Yes, I think everyone has at some stage.

What would you like to be remembered for?
Being that girl who didn't care what everyone thought of her and just did what she loved no matter what it is.

What is your favourite pick-up line?
Are you the Febreze queen? Because you so fresh!

What is something you got back that you never thought you would?
The confidence to do as I want and let the haters hate. Your haters can be anyone friends, relations, strangers etc. I have these sorta haters and now I have learned to not care what they think after they knocked down my wall of defense which I have built up again but I never thought would happen.

Where is one place you always feel safe?
My Bedroom

What is an important lesson you have learned in life, and how did you learn it?
Not to care what everyone thinks of you and don't follow the crowd if that is not your sorta thing. I learned this when I was in first year when I was trying to find myself and I realised that there is more to life than impressing people and following the crowd.

If you are going to see, have seen or would like to see Taylor Swift in concert soon I tag you to do this tag. If you are going to do this tag please comment a link below or tweet me a link. I would love to see your version of this tag.
See you,

Empties #2

Hello Fabulous Internet,
my beauty trash is building up so I thought I would do an empties. Also I will just be putting in products that I haven't had in previous empties here because I don't want it to get really boring because I like see peoples empties.

Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer in Fair
I thought this concealer was alright, I didn't really see what the hype was about but it did do the job at concealing everything I wanted.
Would I repurchase it? I don't know.
Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Concealer in Fair
I really enjoyed using this concealer under my eyes, it didn't cake or go all weird. It is great that there is a mirror on the inside of the packaging.
Would I repurchase it? Yes and I already have got another one!
Rimmel Fix & Perfect Pro Primer in 002
This was a fine everyday primer, I won't know if it would work well in Summer because I just ran out! It gave a nice base to work with.
Would I repurchase it? I don't know depends on if I find a better primer.
Maybelline New York Falsies Big Eye Volum' Express Mascara in Black
This mascara was ok, nothing special about it I found. I only used the bottom lash wand because I was using it for school and we aren't supposed to wear mascara. It makes a really natural look. The wand for the top lashes I didn't like, I felt it made my lashes clump together which I hate!
 Would I repurchase it? No.

KTC Pure Coconut Oil
This is a great coconut oil to get you started in using coconut oil as a makeup remover. I got this in Tesco for €2 which is excellent for 500ml of coconut oil.
Would I repurchase it? Yes
Garnier Moisture Match Light Softening Cream
Is it just me or do you find the smell the Garnier products kinda suspicious. When I am using a Garnier product I think to myself what is hidden behind the smell. I felt like it didn't do much for my skin. I much prefer the Simple moisturisers to this.
Would I repurchase it? No
Dream Dots
These are little plasters that you put over spots, they help get rid of the spot and stop you from picking them. I use these if I have a really angry or big spot and in the morning when I take it off, it is smaller and less angry looking. I think these are really nice and so easy to use.
Would I repurchase it? Yes, I have already bought another book.

Sure Women Crystal Invisible Pure Aerosol Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Compressed
It was an average deodorant and did its job. Nothing really else to say about it.
Would I repurchase it? I don't know.
Pantene Dry Shampoo Instant Refresh for Normal Hair
You need to smell the scent off this, it smells so nice! I am not the best at describing scents so I won't try. This is a really nice dry shampoo and it doesn't leave those white spray marks like other ones.
Would I repurchase it? Definitely, yes!

I cannot find Garnier Moisture Match link anywhere, I think they might have re-branded them but I am not too sure.
Have you got any current empties? Please comment your links because I love to watch and read empties.
See you,

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer Review

Hello Fabulous Internet,
I know everyone has tried this concealer but I really needed a new concealer so I decided to try it out. I don't normally get Rimmel concealers because the lightest shade 010 Ivory is normally way to dark for my ghost like skin but when I swatched it in the shop I noticed that it suited my skin very well.
The shade I got was 010 Ivory. This concealer claims to  have an anti-fatigue and radiant glow effect. I personally don't think there is an anti-fatigue effect but I can definitely see the radiant glow effect. For anyone who hasn't seen or had this concealer before it has a doe foot applicator which I like in a concealer. It has a faint scent off it which I don't really mind.

I use this after I put on my foundation. I put some under my eyes, on the bridge of my nose and on my chin. I use the Real Techniques Buffing Brush from their Core Collection (I'll link it below) and I buff it into my skin. It leaves a matte sorta look on it and it doesn't cake.

Here is a picture of me with the concealer on (and other makeup). This was taken before I went to school as I had my Home Ec exam (that's why I am in my school uniform)

Just in case you are wondering here is the pricing €6.99, £5.49, $10.00 (US)

Overall I really enjoyed using this concealer, it is not cakey (which is awesome!), it doesn't sink into pores and for the price is pretty good for a concealer.
If you have tried this concealer, what do you think of it? Or if you haven't, would you try it?
I have started up an Instagram account recently, I am @totally_ro. If you want follow me, I post about my blog and also other random little things. Also over the Summer I am doing a collab blog with Guillianna from and Pauline from
The collab blog called is The Little Chatter Boxes There will be blog posts three times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will be posting on Wednesdays.

Life Update #2

Hello Fabulous Internet,
Since I am busy with exams (yay for Junior Cert. Sarcasm) I thought I would do another 'Life Update' because I haven't done one since the end of March.
So this is what has happened and is happening in my life:
I got into TY!! I am so happy about that because I have a year to worry less about school and I can do all the things I can't do at this moment in time. One thing I will definitely be doing is putting more time and effort into my blog, I might even start posting twice a week!
I had my Home Ec and Music practicals, they both went pretty well if I say so myself. I was really nervous about them.
I have 3 days of exams done (English paper 1&2, Irish paper 1&2, Geography and Maths paper 1)
I don't know why but it doesn't feel like I am doing a state exam. Since first year I was expecting the Junior Cert to be really stressful and horrible but it isn't that bad. In my school we are normally not allowed to go down town but since the Junior and Leaving Cert is on, we can. Since where my school is, its a small town so there isn't much exploring to do. I took this picture yesterday as I was crossing the river.

It is 11 days until I am finished my last exam and then it is Summer which I am so looking forward to a break. I haven't got much planned for Summer except I am going to see Taylor Swift in concert when she comes to Dublin. I hope the weather will be nice in Ireland because sometimes we only get five seconds of Summer!
Well that's all that is going on in my life at the moment!
See you,
